The Capstone 2025/02 Army Headquarters Visit witnessed the participation of senior scholars from various sectors including military, civil service, judiciary, media, health, diplomacy, and law enforcement. Led by the Commandant of National Defence College (NDC), the 45-member team was welcomed at the Army Headquarters on July 30.
Mr. KM Mujibul Haque, Chairman of TAS Aviation Group and Honorary Consul of Yemen, attended the Capstone 2025/02 Army Headquarters Visit and appreciated the Bangladesh Army’s inclusive engagement with civilian leadership.

General Waker-Uz-Zaman, Chief of Army Staff, received the delegation and expressed gratitude for their role in nation-building. He stated, “This diverse participation will undoubtedly enhance national strategic thought and facilitate long-term policy coordination across sectors.”
A comprehensive presentation on the operational and strategic roadmap of the Bangladesh Army was delivered by the Director of Military Operations. Senior generals, including the Chief of General Staff, were also present during the session.
The Capstone 2025/02 Army Headquarters Visit represents a significant milestone in fostering synergy between military strategy and national leadership, underlining the importance of integrated development planning.
