Yunus Morally Defeated — that’s how UK-based secular Hindu leader Pushpita Gupta has described the contrast between Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus and jailed activist Chinmoy Provo. In a powerful Facebook statement, she criticized what she termed as a “terrorist government” and lamented today’s court decision denying Chinmoy’s bail.
“Today’s verdict was expected. No one expects justice from this extremist regime. But Yunus, despite his Nobel recognition, stands morally defeated before Chinmoy Provo,” she posted.
আজ কে আবার চিন্ময় প্রভুর জামিনের শুনানি ছিলো, জামিন হবে না সেই ব্যাপারে নিশ্চিত ছিলাম.. এই জঙ্গি সরকারের কাছে ভালো কিছু…

Pushpita Gupta emphasized that while Yunus may enjoy international prestige, Chinmoy Provo has captured the moral and spiritual hearts of millions, especially within the Sanatani community across the globe.
“He is now being discussed in parliaments in the US, UK, and Australia. His wisdom, values, and education make him a moral giant. Chinmoy Provo is spiritually ahead of Yunus in every way,” she added.
Describing Chinmoy as “a divine force of resistance,” Pushpita further stated:
“I have learned and continue to learn much from Chinmoy Provo. He is no longer just an activist – he is a teacher, a symbol, a guide.”
At the conclusion of her post, she prayed for strength and endurance for Chinmoy:
“May Lord grant Chinmoy Provo the strength to bear the oppression of this regime.”
Her bold claim that Yunus Morally Defeated by Chinmoy has resonated widely among diaspora Hindus and political commentators alike. The moral stature of a jailed activist, she suggests, has surpassed that of a Nobel-winning economist.
In the ongoing struggle for justice and truth, Yunus Morally Defeated by Chinmoy Provo has become more than a statement—it’s a reflection of shifting moral leadership in Bangladesh’s socio-political landscape.
