Pride of Debidwar Toha—Tasnuba Islam Toha, a brilliant student from Rajameher village in Debidwar upazila of Cumilla, has secured the top position in the Cumilla Board for SSC 2025. She scored 1,261 marks in the Science stream and achieved GPA-5, making her the board’s highest scorer.
Toha is a student of Nawab Faizunnesa Government Girls’ High School in Cumilla Sadar. She attributed her success to strict discipline, hard work, daily study routines, and a love for reading beyond textbooks. She shared that she had a deep interest in general knowledge and literature from a young age and was consistent with her learning habits.
Toha has expressed her dream to serve the nation in the future and has asked for prayers from everyone so that she can dedicate herself to the people.

She lives in the Bhuiyan family of Rajameher village in Debidwar. Her father, Mohammad Shariful Islam Bhuiyan, an education enthusiast, expressed his immense pride and gratitude to the teachers. Her mother, Mosammat Ayesha Akhtar, a homemaker, was overwhelmed with joy and said, “Toha has always been different. We just gave her time—the success is entirely her dedication.”
Toha’s extraordinary achievement has brought immense joy to her family, school, and the entire Debidwar upazila. Her teachers are equally proud of her.
Senior journalist A. B. M. Atikur Rahman Bashar, working in Debidwar upazila, remarked, “This achievement is not only Toha’s family’s pride but the pride of all Debidwar. She is a perfect example of how determination and hard work can lead to excellence. We hope the administration and education authorities will properly recognize her success.”
