Kazi Shah Mozakkerul Ahmadul has been elected as the Local President of JCI Dhaka Prestige for the year 2025. The announcement was made during the Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) held on Sunday night at Banani Club in Dhaka, attended by chapter members and guests from the national level.
Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a global, non-political, and non-profit organization that empowers young active citizens aged 18 to 40 to create positive change through leadership development, community involvement, and global networking. JCI operates in over 100 countries around the world.
In Bangladesh, JCI operates through its national chapter—JCI Bangladesh, which plays a pivotal role in fostering leadership among the youth and promoting impactful community development across the country through its many local chapters. Among them, JCI Dhaka Prestige remains one of the most vibrant and active.
During the assembly, Kazi Shah Mozakkerul Ahmadul was officially elected as the new Local President for the upcoming term. Under his leadership, the chapter is expected to further strengthen its commitment to sustainable development, youth empowerment, and impactful civic initiatives.
This achievement adds to a proud family legacy, as his father KM Mojibul Haque served as the National President of JCI Bangladesh in 1992 and as a JCI World Vice President in 1993.
The newly elected executive committee includes:
- Executive Vice President: Syed Sahib Ahmed
- Vice President: Fahad Al Islam
- Directors: Shah Rafayet Chowdhury, Arbab Musa, Abu Bakar, Rahad Abedin, Jamiul Islam Bishwas, and Mohammad Imam Hossain
- Committee Chairs: Shafil Raj Asgor Kabir and Barrister Robiul Alam Saikat
Many skilled professionals will also contribute strategically to help the chapter reach its goals under the new leadership.
Kazi Shah Mozakkerul Ahmadul, widely known as Kazi Ishmam, is the nephew of former MP for Cumilla-3 (Muradnagar) and BNP Vice Chairman Alhaj Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain Kaikobad. He is also the eldest son of KM Mojibul Haque, the Honorary Consular General of Yemen in Bangladesh and Chairman of TAS Aviation Group and BAKKA Holdings.
With the leadership of Kazi Shah Mozakkerul Ahmadul, JCI Dhaka Prestige is expected to reach new heights in 2025.
